Useful information before you visit

We run a pretty tight ship but sometimes we run late... If we can pre-emp it; we'll always tell you beforehand so you have options. If you know you need to be out at a certain time though, please tell us so we can ensure we don't cause you any inconvenience.
A 24hr Tint Test is required before any tinting if you haven't had them tinted with us before.
If we got it right - please leave us a little review; Staff are rewarded for Trip Advisor & Google Reviews! So give them a mention if you can.
If we get it wrong - please tell us as soon as you can, so we cant put it right for you; your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Please tell us of any medical changes before your treatment - this is really important.
If you have another salons Gel on please let us know asap as this changes the time allocated and potentially the price too.
If you get a little chip in your shellac - try filing it. If it's more than a little chip and it's less than 2 weeks since we applied them - we'll fix or replace them totally free of charge,just let us know.
Not quite happy with your hair/beard but felt awkward saying it in store? Just drop us an email or give us a call and we'll make any changes you like for no extra charge.
We don't have a cancellation fee, but no-shows may be refused future bookings without pre payment. If you can't make it, its no problem; just let us know as soon as you possibly can.
We have a cancellation list, so if you want an appointment on a particular day but can't find a slot, just let us know and we'll put you on the list.
